Over 16 years on the IT market. For 12 years worked for Polish Scientific Publishers – PWN. In 2012 started his OpenStack adventure. For 3,5 years have been working for Rackspace as Public Cloud Operations Engineer. In December 2015 joined Red Hat as a Specialized Solution Architect for the OpenStack.
Ponad 16 lat doświadczenia w IT. Karierę rozpoczął jako web designer. W 2000 roku profesjonalnie zajął się administracją systemów UNIX. Przez 12 lat pracował dla Wydawnictwa Naukowego PWN. W 2012 roku przeprowadził się do Wielkiej Brytanii i przez prawie 4 lata pracował w Rackspace jako Public Cloud Operations Engineer. W grudniu 2015 wrócił do Polski i dołączył do zespołu architektów OpenStack w Red Hat.

Autoscaling with OpenStack
Intelligently and automatically scaling applications based on resource requirements is at the heart of the OpenStack value proposition. For those of us who have been in IT a while auto scaling was always a white unicorn, often discussed but never actually seen. During this presentation we will talk about how to do this in OpenStack using Heat and Ceilometer.
